This is my first time dining at Paste and what a great experience it was. The flavours are big and bold, with strong hints of Thai herbs and spices. I am a huge fan of Thai food and and it is evident in the food I serve to guests at my home dining business. So it is little surprise that my favorite dishes at Paste are the hot and sour soup with a smoky flavor from the crisp pork leg, the pork loin curry and the oyster salad. The amuse-bouche are both unique and flavorful in texture and taste. I would recommend you give this place a go not just for its innovative dishes but also for their hospitality.

Paste is a Michelin-starred dining destination that reaches into the depths of Thai history and heritage, with recipes inspired by Thai royalty, aristocratic families and heritage cookbooks. Each dish has been intricately crafted by chef Bongkoch ‘Bee’ Satongun, named Asia’s Best Female Chef in 2018. The result, an exciting blend of passion and innovation, with artistic vision, bold flavours and warming hospitality all combining to make Paste one of the Thai capital’s most unique and delicious restaurants.
